Program
What are the different types of sessions?
Keynote Sessions: Our keynote speakers are some of the biggest names in the field. These sessions will be presented live at 12 p.m. EDT, Monday,10/12, and at 11 a.m. EDT, Thursday, 10/15.

Scheduled/Live Sessions: Sessions with a specific time indicated on the agenda, October 12-15, will run LIVE at that time. The speakers will be available via live stream to present and answer audience
questions.
  • Learning and Leadership Sessions: These sessions will address timely and relevant topics within the Sales Enablement Community. These live sessions provide an opportunity for attendees to interact directly with these speakers and get questions answered.
  • Sponsor Sessions: These live sessions provide a great opportunity to explore solutions and delve deep with some of our sponsors.

On-Demand Sessions: Multiple sessions are available on-demand. These pre-recorded sessions are available to attendees throughout the conference to watch at their convenience and live under the September 28 section of the agenda. All live sessions will be recorded and available on-demand by the end of the day, on their corresponding session pages within the agenda.
What’s the difference between On-Demand and Scheduled/Live sessions?
On-demand sessions will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, beginning September 28 and ending December 14 (60 days after the conference ends).

Live sessions are accessible to attendees 1 minutes before each session is scheduled to begin. Live sessions will be recorded and available on-demand by the end of the day, at which point they will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through December 14.
Do attendees need to pre-register for sessions?
No, attendees do not need to pre-register for sessions. All on-demand sessions will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and do not require pre-registration.

The scheduled/live program is scheduled for October 12-15 and is open to all registered attendees. Attendees do not need to pre-register for scheduled/live sessions; they will simply need to log into the conference platform and join that session before it begins.

Attendees can also join “Breakout Sessions” to delve deeper directly with conference speakers scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday. Attendees will need to download Zoom (Basic Free Version) to participate in these sessions. These sessions are limited to the first 50 attendees.
How many sessions are available on-demand?
There are nine (9) sessions available on-demand, beginning September 28. Live sessions will be recorded and available on demand by the end of each day.
How many live sessions are there?
There are sixteen (16) scheduled/live sessions. The live session breakdown is below:
  • 1 orientation
  • 6 educational sessions
  • 2 keynotes
  • 7 vendor sessions

Content
How long will the sessions remain available?
Content will remain available on the site for 60 days, through December 14.
How many sessions will be translated and what languages will they be in?
All sessions will be presented in English. Sessions will not be translated for this event.
Can attendees submit questions to speakers?
Attendees can submit their questions for the speaker(s) through the “Poll” feature within each session page. During live sessions, the moderator for each session will do their best to relay all submitted questions to the speaker(s) for real-time responses. The speaker(s) will be able to answer any remaining questions off-line throughout the conference dates. The remaining sessions, which are on-demand, will be monitored by the speaker(s) and ATD staff, who can respond as questions are submitted or when they are available.
Can attendees earn credits for re-certification?
There will not be any Continued Education Unit Credits (CEU’s) offered for re-certification through ATD SELL 2020.
Will speakers provide resources?
Speakers have been asked to submit resources and the resources we’ve received have been uploaded to the speaker’s session(s). If there is nothing uploaded, we did not receive anything from that speaker. ATD has also provided additional resources, where applicable, to enhance attendee learning.
How do attendees evaluate the sessions?
Under the session description of each session, is an option to “Complete Session Evaluation" which is hyperlinked to the individual evaluation. This is the official session evaluation that ATD will review.
Are there any opportunities for mindfulness or to recharge within the platform?
We recommend attendees participate in our on-demand Brain Breaks. They can take advantage of these short periods of time to change their routine of incoming information, move away from learning and problem solving, and refocus their energy.

Networking
What networking opportunities are available during the conference?
In addition to being able to chat within sessions, the People tab will allow for one-on-one and group networking through the Attendee Directory and inviting attendees to a Private Meetings.

Is there an attendee directory?
Yes, the attendee directory is available under the People tab, under Attendees. Attendees can “connect” with each other to have one-on-one conversations through chat and direct messaging or can schedule private meetings to connect via video.
How does an attendee start a Private Meeting?
Attendees can select “Schedule a Meeting” to invite other attendees to meet. They will need to select the People, Date, Time, and Name and Description for the meeting; Location can be left blank. The virtual private meeting will utilize Zoom. Invited attendees can accept or decline the private meeting invitation.

Sponsors
Where can an attendee learn more about sponsor products and services?
Each of our sponsors has a dedicated page under the Sponsors tab. Attendees can learn more about each sponsor's products and services, as well as connect directly with a company representative. There is also a link to the sponsor's “Showcase” session available on their page.
How can an attendee get in touch with a sponsor?
Attendees can contact a sponsor on their corresponding sponsor page by clicking on the "Request Info” button. Attendees will have an opportunity to include an optional message before clicking “Send Request.” Note: By clicking “Send Request” an attendee's full profile details including email address and phone number will be included in this request.
Which sponsors will be making presentations?
Our Enterprise sponsors, Richardson Sales Performance and Showpad, are presenting live sessions.

Our Panel sponsors, Brainshark and Sandler Training, are presenting live panel sessions.

Our Professional Plus Sponsors, Articulate, Qstream, and SPARXiQ have a live demo session.

Creating Your Profile
How does an attendee create a profile?
Attendees will log in in using their ATD credentials. The attendee’s ATD account information will be pre-filled into their virtual conference profile. If an attendee's ATD profile information is out of date, we recommend that they log into the td.org website to update their profile. Updates made directly into the ATD SELL platform are not communicated back to ATD.
What information is visible in an attendee profile?
Name, title company, picture, bio, LinkedIn profile, Twitter handles, and preferred tags will be visible on an attendee’s profile. The attributes are also searchable.
Can an attendee select to “hide” their profile or their data?
Yes, an attendee can choose to switch their privacy settings to hide their profile from the attendee directory by selecting “Hide my profile from other attendees” under Preferences > Privacy.

Code of Conduct

ATD is committed to providing a professional, friendly, and welcoming learning environment for all participants at its Meetings and Events, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, or other protected classes.

We expect all ATD Meeting and Event participants and speakers (virtual or in person) help ensure a positive learning experience for everyone. Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated during any portion of a Meeting or Event.

All participants in ATD Meetings or Events must abide by the following policy.

Expected behavior:

  • Be considerate of those with whom you may interact.
  • Be collaborative with others.
  • Be respectful of others’ viewpoints that may be different from your own.
  • Be mindful of your words and actions.
  • Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
  • Offensive or unwanted behavior or language including, but not limited to, race, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, or any other similar categories.
  • Visual harassment, such as displaying sexual or offensive images OR inappropriate language at the Event, including in presentations, slide decks, as backgrounds, or on clothing visible to attendees.
  • Intimidation or bullying, either online and/or in-person.
  • Possession of a weapon or something that could be construed as a weapon during the Event or on video.
  • Photographing, or video- or audio-recording of slides, oral, or poster presentations without presenter/author’s permission.
  • Possession or mention of illegal substances during the Event or on video.
  • Sharing your event registration with another person(s).
  • Inappropriate disruption of Meetings or Events.
  • Any other illegal activity not already covered above.
  • Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech or actions.
  • Inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images.
  • Real or implied threat of professional or financial damage or harm.
  • Violating the rules and regulations of the online platform on which the Event or Meeting is held (e.g., Pathable or Zoom).

Report harassment or disruptive behaviors to ATD at virtualconference@td.org.

Consequences of misconduct may include immediate removal from the ATD Meeting or Event without warning and/or restrictions from attending future ATD Meetings or Events.


Cancellation Policy

Prior to October 5, 2020

Refunds: Please send your cancellation request in writing to customercare@td.org. Your refund or credit will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Credits: In lieu of a refund, you may elect to keep the credit from the cancellation on your account to use for another program or ATD product, however all credits must be used within one (1) year of the date of issuance.

Participant substitutions: Participant substitutions may be made up to 5 business days prior to the conference by a person or representative of the organization who paid for the registration by submitting the written request to ATD at customercare@td.org. If an ATD member transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must pay the difference between the ATD member and nonmember rate at the time of the transfer.

On or after October 5, 2020
